Can’t log in on Fitbit app on iphone X

I can’t login on my app. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn’t work... I have trouble syncing properly as well 😩😩😩

@Lightning31, are you getting an error message when trying to log in to the app? If so, please reply to me with a screenshot of the error message so I can check this further. In the meantime, please reset your password and try to log in again.
