Can’t log in to app

Last few days app keeps asking me to log in but comes up with server error. I can open Fitbit.com but not my app. I’ve switched off Bluetooth, wi-fi and the date/time suggestion but still won’t work. Getting fed up with it now

I have tried everything suggested but still no joy what I get is an error message which says

Networkbit.HTTP Error error 1.

If I turn my wifi off all I get is a network error message?

I've tried all of these things but I cannot log into the app. Have reset my password online twice, have uninstalled/reinstalled app, restarted fit bit, restarted phone. Any options?
