Can't log in to app

The app logged me out yesterday and now it won't let me log in. Its saying my password is incorrect however it let me use that password to log in through internet browser.  I tried resetting the password but it would not email the link to do so.

Thank you for your reply.  I tried resetting my password from the webpage and it did not work.  I then tried changing my email and that did work, so I'm back on the app.  Again thank you, I appreciate your help

Thanks for your research and the steps that you've tried prior to posting. You've done a great job so far! While this is odd, may I know if this started after updating the Fitbit app? Did you check your spam or junk folders to see if the reset password email fell there?

In the meantime, I'd recommend resetting the password from your web dashboard. Once you've changed it, please try logging in to the Fitbit app one more time to see how it goes afterward.
