Can't log in to my Fitbit app

Tbh I’m quite frustrated. The app wouldn’t sync at all yesterday. I tried everything. Restarted my phone, restarted my Fitbit. Today I deleted the app and downloaded it again. But now I can’t log in to the app. Even though I can log in on the website

Hi there, @Lahan. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand why you're feeling frustrated. 

I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then, force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. After that, try to log in again.
