Can't log into App from my Iphone

I can't log in to my Fitbit app. I have the Iphone 6S plus and the Flex 2.   Keeps saying to check email and password are correct and they are correct.  Everything was fine until this morning.  I have read other posts and have tried everything that I read, but still no luck.  I have no problem signing on from my computer just not the app. Getting extremely frustrated.  HELP

Hello @bigwoop302, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's great to see you too @SunsetRunner, I appreciate all your help. Smiley Happy

@bigwoop302, I appreciate you have let us know about this issue preventing you from logging in to your account in the Fitbit app. If you are able to log in with your credentials in the online Dashboard I would like to suggest you to reset your password, then try to log in to the Fitbit app. If you're still getting the same error message, force-quit the app and restart your phone, then try again.

Finally, if this doesn't seem to work, uninstall and reinstall the app and try to log in again. Give it a try and let me know how it goes, I'll be happy to continue assisting you!

Hi @bigwoop302. (Cute name BTW!) Sorry about the issues you’re having. The first thing I would do is restart your Flex 2. Tap here for instructions. Make sure you feel the vibration. After the restart, fully charge your device then try again to sync.

If this does not do the trick, then tap here for more trouble shooting tips.

Please let us know if this problem gets resolved.
