When I try to log in to the app, it says check password and email, even tho I can log in through safari with the same details.
I have turned off my WiFi off when logging in and I have also deleted the app and re downloaded but it’s still the same.
Any suggestions please?

Sorry for the delayed reply. I've moved your post to this board, because it's more related to the topic.
It's pretty weird that you're able to log into Safari but you're not able to log into the Fitbit app. I would like you to try to reset your password and after you've changed it, please log out from the online Dashboard and log back in with the new password.
