I have an iPhone 6 Plus and have not updated my iPhone with the new update. However I just bought my Fitbit versa a few days ago and it’s great. I noticed today that Fitbit had a iOS update so I updated my Fitbit and now my calories and steps are opposite. My steps stay at 23 even though I’m walking and my calories currently show 56... that is not correct. It’s not updating properly and it’s not accurate. This is a brand new Fitbit and the Fitbit update is already messing it up...

Hi @nataliemin. Welcome to the Forums!
Thanks for letting me know that you got a Versa and I'm sorry that your data isn't being tracked accurately. To work on this together, could you please confirm if this started after updating your Versa's firmware update? Or was it after updating the Fitbit app?
If you're missing one of those updates, please make sure to download them. Then reboot your phone, restart your Versa and sync with the Fitbit app to check your information.
Let me know how everything goes.
