Can’t log into app

I have been having issues with the app today. Could look at various stuff, profile and the buttons along the bottom of the screen but I couldn’t click on anything in my dashboard, sleep challenges or anything. I have restarted my phone, deleted the app and that’s where my next issue lies. It won’t let me log in. I can log in on safari via Facebook but can not log in to the app even with the same information and there is no log in via Facebook option on the app?  Help please.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with the Fitbit app and that you're unable to log in. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend to uninstall the app again and reinstall it. Try to log in and let me know if you get any error message if the issue persists.
