Versa Lite won't pair to iPhone iOS 13.5.1

My Fitbit versa lite has not been able to even pair with iPhone for about a wk & a half now.  This is extremely frustrating.  I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps multiple times.  Have chatted with IT/help.  They state that it’s an iOS update issue.   But I have a hard time believing this.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue.  At this point I’d rather have my money back than wait indefinitely to have a functional watch back.  Please help.  I’m so disappointed.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @hgsaul.

I am sorry to hear you're unable to pair your Versa Lite with your iPhone. Thanks for trying to resolve this and working with our Support team, I totally understand how you are feeling and appreciate your feedback. Our team is always working on our products and services, and your comments are always welcome. I recommend confirming if you've tried the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  6. Go into your phone's Bluetooth menu.
  7. Tap on the icon next to your Fitbit device.
  8. Press Forget this device.
  9. Re-open the Fitbit app.
  10. If you have other devices or MobileTrack paired to your Fitbit account at the moment, please unpair them before trying to set up your Versa Lite.
  11. Restart your watch and try to set up again.

You can confirm the complete troubleshooting steps at Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

As you've been in touch with our Support team, I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you. I know they will do their best to help you.
