As far as I know, I have never set up an account on my Apple phone. I downloaded the app a while ago and it started recording data from my Charge 2. Today when I try to access the app it asks me to log in. I have put in my email acccount but it doesn't recognize my password so I can't access the data. Plrease help. What can I do to solve this?

It sounds like you can't log into the Fitbit app on your iPhone. I would like you to make sure that you're using the same email address and password than before. If you are but you're still unable to log in, then follow these steps:
