I have not been able to login to the phone app for a week. It is not a username or password issue because I can login to the website without issue. The error message just says “oops something went wrong. Please try again”.
i have deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it still didn’t work.
I am on iOS 13.4.1
Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear you're unable to log into the phone Fitbit app. Thanks for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details, I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:
1. Verify if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?
2. Force quit the app
3. Shut down your phone completely. Wait about 1-2 minutes then turn your phone back on.
4. Go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled.
5. Try to log in again.
