I got my charge 3 back in June 2019, has been working fine. for the last couple of days I have been having trouble with it not syncing. I have followed all of the ideas, turn everything off & on, reboot the fitbit, reinstall the app. basically gone through every possible suggestion. I have had it sitting ontop of my phone form an hour & it will still not connect. Not sure what to do now
