When I follow the instructions to manually add an activity in the app, no results are shown when searching for my workout (either in English or Dutch). Nothing happens, screen remains empty. I’ve already updated both the Fitbit and the app so I don’t know what else I can try. Is this a commonly know issue?
I’ve asked this question before but no-one from fitbit actually tried to resolve this.

If the issue persists, please confirm if changing the language of the Fitbit app to English resolves the issue? Changing the language on your phone changes the language in the Fitbit app. For more information, see How do I change my language on Fitbit?
