Can't open the notifications option on the app

I just got a Versa 3 but I can’t open the notifications on my app to set what I want pinging on my wrist

for example WhatsApp text Or things like that 

am I missing something? Do I need to switch something on the watch?

I had an ionic but it stopped charging all of a sudden but I liked the way I could pick up on voip calls or messages  in a noisy environment 

the notifications doesn’t expand out. I’m guessing that’s the problem anyway.

The best way to resolve Fitbit App issues like that is

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully

Log back in to the Fitbit app

 

*Quick Shortcut. Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]

I'm having the same issue, but I have a Versa 2, on iOS. I've tried restarting both the fitbit and iPhone, but no luck.

I have the same problem. Will I lose all the data in my Fitbit if I delete it and have to restart again??

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue. You shouldn't lose any data if you uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. I recommend syncing your device and then uninstall/delete the Fitbit app from your phone. After that re-download the Fitbit app and sign back in.
