Can't pair Luxe with iPhone 7 or iPhone XR

Hi,

I have a new Fitbit Luxe and cannot pair it with either an iPhone 7 or iPhone XR.

The app keeps searching but it can never find the Luxe.

I have tried all of the things below but no luck:

  • iOS is updated (both phones have iOS 14.6)
  • Fitbit app is updated (3.43.1)
  • Delete and re-install the app
  • turn Bluetooth on my phone on and off
  • restart phone
  • restart the Luxe by pressing the button on the charging cable 3 times
  • Go to Bluetooth setting and forget the old Fitbit devices

Please help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @andau.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and recommend confirming our complete troubleshooting tips in Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? Since you have two phones, they can interfere with each other and cause syncing problems. Check if having another phone not nearby or turning off Bluetooth on it helps.
