Why can’t I see any of my posts on my profile page?It says I don’t have any but I post something every week for the last year. Is my information lost? How do I go about starting a new account ?

According to your profile, you joined September 3, 2017 and have posted just this once.
Could you be referring to posting on the app itself and not on the forums? When we send messages via the app to those on our friends list, we don't see a copy of it as we would with a post here or an email. Might that be it?
Starting a new account would mean losing all your history for this account. You'd just need to start with a fresh email address and set up as a new device on a new account.
Let us know what is going on.

@SunsetRunner, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tell me, when you mention you can't see your posts in your profile, you're referring to posts in the Community (forums) as @Odyssey13 mentioned or are you not able to see the stuff you share under the Community tab in the Fitbit app? If it's the latter, please note that this is an issue that's currently being worked on by our team and they're working towards a prompt and proper resolution.
Now, about starting a new account, if you'd like to start a new Fitbit account, you can register it with a different email address and set up your Fitbit device in it. This will automatically remove the device from your current account. Please note that as @Odyssey13 pointed out, you will start blank and won't be able to see a data history.

I am having the same problem and I’ve been a member for years. After the last update, I cannot see any of my posts on my home screen . I post on public groups like “walking”. They seem to have all disappeared. Please fix this issue. 9/23/19

Not sure what caused my issue, but I’ve been a Fitbit user for nearly seven years, and I can no longer see posts I’ve shared with friends, or otherwise for the last month or so. Does this have anything to do with Apples acquisition? Disappointed I can’t see them. It was nice and easy to access them before. Please fix this issue.

I have the same issue and it started after the last big Fitbit update of my Charge2. I post and people see them but in my home page it says I have no posts. I lost my posts about 8 months ago. It’s VERY frustrating.

Thanks so much for commenting. Funny thing is this happened to me last year at around the same time, and a few months later most of my posts were restored! I’m keeping my fingers crossed 🤞🏽 the same thing happens sgain for the both of us!
