I can’t post or send messages to friends and I have updated my Fitbit app and still no results

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app.
  3. Restart your phone. 
  4. Log into the Fitbit app and try to post.
