Can't log/check details in the app

Is anyone else having issues with the iOS app? I have restarted the app and restarted my phone, but only the menu options are responding. Cannot add food, exercise, sleep, check heart rate, etc.

I appreciate trying to troubleshoot beforehand and for providing the details of the issue. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version by following these steps.
  3. Log into the Fitbit app.

If the issue persists, try to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Thank you. I tried all of this except uninstall/reinstall the app and went to bed that night continuing to have issues. It finally resolved itself the next day for no apparent reason. Guess we can close this - sounds like the thread didn’t add much value to the community or fitbit devs. Thank you!
