@Coralan -- I've never even thought to set up my email app to send notifications to my Fitbit (too many emails!). But I checked the app list and see that you are correct, the iOS mail app isn't listed. I think that is because it is not really an app but is instead built into iOS.  But since you use gmail, you have a workaround.  You can download and install the Gmail app to your iPhone.  Once that is set up, it does show on Fitbit's app notification list and you should be able to turn on notifications that way.

Hope that helps.  Let us know.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Coralan.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. It's possible to come across some issues along the way since an iPhone 12 is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment. I appreciate your understanding while we work to improve this experience. I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications and follow the troubleshooting instructions at How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes.

My phone is getting all notifications. What it is not getting is emails.
There is noting in the Fitbit app to choose email .
