Hi!
I am having difficulties reading comments in challenges sent by other members in the challenge. It only says {comment} but in Swedish.
Have anyone experienced this before and have a solution on the problem?
Kind regards,
Sanna

Thank you for your reply, @Sannali.
I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I would like to confirm if you've tried to change the language of the app to English? For more information, see How do I change my language on Fitbit? Do you see the comment if it's in English? I will be glad to investigate further.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
If the issue persists, please confirm if you have your Fitbit app in English or Swedish?

Hi! Thank you for answering on my post.
I've done all the steps that you wrote and none of them are working.
My Fitbit app is internally in Swedish.
Hope we have a fix to the problem soon!
Thank you for taking your time 🙂

Thank you for the idea @LiliyaFitbit, it worked!
I also noticed that you can change the language on the app only and not the whole phone. Can be a suggestion to anyone else who experiences the same issue as I do.
Perhaps the developers can look into why the Swedish version does not fully work?
Thank you again, for now, my Fitbit app will be in English 😁

I had this problem as well. Thank you for the solution! I changed my country in the app from Sweden to UK. Now I can see the comments. I though the whole app would change language though. Only a few words in the app have been changed to English instead of Swedish. The Swedish translation is pretty terrible already. It would mix English and Swedish sometimes in the same sentence. Now I have even more of a mix! Weird.
