Can't register fit bit with phone

Just got my fit bit replaced under warranty but the problem is when I pair it with my phone it takes me to the last step and says update tracker but when I click update tracker nothing happens any one got any ideas I have reset my Fitbit charge ur but it still don't work

It's great to see you around @gino555. I recommend Restarting the tracker a couple of times and then perform the setup procedure, you can try this from a Computer or with your iOS Fitbit app.
