Were you able to reset the password of your wife's account or were you able to contact our Support team as @Aclobos suggested? I'm just giving follow up to see if everything is okay.
Please note that you can't change your password from within the Fitbit apps for iOS, Android, or Windows. You can only change the password by accessing your account via fitbit.com.
