Can't se friends activity

On Dashboard/ friends / 7 day steps shows a lot of my friends are inactive when I know they are very active. It seems that they may have android when I have iOS . I have tried changing the settings in their phones to no avail

You could also check that their setting for "friend ranking" is set to "show me" in their profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit
