I can only see one line of text in the challenges—the rest of the text is cut off. This is only iOS as the Apple users are having the same problem but not the Android users. I don’t see a post for this and it’s been going on for a couple of weeks. I’ve closed and opened the app, reinstalled, rebooted my phone. Is this problem being worked on?

Yes! Fix this! I’m seeing it on an iPhone XR, most recent version of both iOS and Fitbit app and it has been going on way too long.

I agree with Melissa. Why is this being reported just now, when it’s been an issue going on 2 months? Very unsatisfied here. FitBit will continue to lose customers if they don’t step up their game. I wouldn’t even consider paying for Premium at this point, that’s got to be a joke right??

Also “sorry for the delayed response” doesn’t mean much when the response is a month overdue. I really don’t get it. At any rate, please GET THIS ISSUE FIXED finally? Ugh.

Same issue here, I opened a case a few weeks ago and Fitbit support just suggested to uninstall the app, reboot my phone and reinstall the app which of course did nothing.

still having the issue, even with a newer phone (latest app and iOS). This half message (see image) was at least more amusing than annoying.

New to the community but long-time FitBit owner. I have had this problem for weeks. Had it on iPhone 7 and still having it on iPhone 11 pro. IOS and FitBit app both updated. Very frustrating!

I understand your point of view and appreciate the feedback posted in this thread. As mentioned before while this was already reported to our team, the new information that was posted by some of our members was forwarded to our team so this behavior can be further investigated to get a fix as fast as possible. I'm sorry for this inconvenience \and once I have more details I'll share them with you.

I also am having this problem. IPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13, Charge 2. Been experiencing this for a couple months, and it’s pretty frustrating for all 20 members of our challenge with iOS devices.

I’m in an ongoing workweek hustle. Lately I noticed that the messages are cutting off, so I’ll see “It’s going to be a close call between” and then it cuts off. I’d like to know who I’m encouraging in the challenge.
