I can only see one line of text in the challenges—the rest of the text is cut off. This is only iOS as the Apple users are having the same problem but not the Android users. I don’t see a post for this and it’s been going on for a couple of weeks. I’ve closed and opened the app, reinstalled, rebooted my phone. Is this problem being worked on?

I thought I was the only one having this issue. I'm glad I'm not crazy. This is extremely annoying and shouldn't take months to solve. Come on, Fitbit, get this fixed!

I first posted my aggravation with this issue on 11/13/19 and others posted months before I got around to it. I guess we’ll all just have to wait for Google to fix it when they take over. 😡 All we’ve gotten since is empty promises that they’re “working on it”.
Instead of telling us you’re aware and working on it, (which I don’t even believe is accurate) why not give us ACTUAL UPDATE of where this is in the process and WHAT DATE it will be resolved. How in the world can it take 3 MONTHS to expand a field in a challenge view line? This is a joke. Do you just really like frustrating customers or trying to drive us away or what? I’m about done with this. Apple has products that actually work! Get with the program FitBit. Google can you help us now please??
Hi Shapor11, I can say be careful what you say around here or the moderator will delete your post, which is exactly what happened to me. It was deemed negative and unhelpful. Doesn’t that just take the cake? I started this post almost 3 months and 5 updates ago with nothing fixed whatsoever and I am negative and unhelpful. After over 7 years with Fitbit and issues all along, including my 6 month old Versa just dying, and challenges no longer enjoyable, this was the last straw. I bought a Garmin at Christmas and I’m not looking back. Best of luck to all.

I understand how you're feeling about not being able to read messages/notifications during the challenge. I’m finding that I don’t get my complete messages on my FitBit challenge. I only get a line of each message. Disappointed 😞
