Can't see workout details in the app

I went on a long hike yesterday and under recent exercise I can see a thumb print of the route and miles – pace – heart rate. However when I click on details I can’t see anything. How can I access the details?

I'm sorry you're having problems seeing the details on your hike. I'd like to help you out with this.

Please, try to log out of the Fitbit app and then log back in and see if you're able to see the details. Have you tried to see it on your computer? If the details do show up there, that means it has to be something with the app and I'm pretty sure that logging out and back in will do the trick.

Thanks for the offer to help.

It's the computer where I can't see the GPS data or route I walked.

I have logged out of the Fitbit App on the phone and the PC. If I open
the details on the PC I get the normal spinning wheel and then a blank
page with "error" toward the top left
