Can't select Notifications in the app

My husbands ionic and my versa 2 have both stopped receiving all notifications after latest iPhone updates. I have removed devices from our phones then set both back up and now have calls and text messages on both. But we are still unable to get WhatsApp, calendar and Facebook notifications. On both our phones when we click on our profile, then our Fitbit’s we are not able to click onto notifications to select apps to receive notifications from. Thanks for any help

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. You can confirm the steps to set up notifications and find our troubleshooting tips at How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
