Can't set up Inspire HR on iPhone 6

I've been trying to set up my Inspire HR device for the last two hours. I enter the four digit code, but after 10-15 mins of seeing "Connecting to Fitbit", the blue line just gets about three quarters of the way then it says it can't sync/pair and aborts the action. Three times now.

 

Anyone know if there are server issues at Fitbit preventing my device from being set up?

 

I removed the divide first as it was constantly failing to sync but now I can't get it to set up again.

I am sorry to hear you're unable to set up your Inspire HR. Thanks for trying to resolve this and sharing your concern, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Restart your Fitbit with the steps from this help article.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  7. Choose your Fitbit from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.
