Best AnswerI also got a replacement for my charge hr and could not set it up after performing the steps listed by others. One person did suggest I check to see if I had the latest IOS update for my iPad. Although I had recently updated my iPad there had been yet another update. Once I had the very latest IOS update I was able to set up my new device without any problems.
