Can't sign on to my app

My Fitbit charge will not sync nor can I sign on the app. I have deleted the app and reinstalled with no avail. Any suggestions

Hello @Masterspy, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you around too @WendyWife, I hope you're doing well. 

 

Have you reset your password lately? Are you able to log in to the Fitbit website with your current password? If you're able to log in to the website but not the app, please open the Settings on your phone, then go to General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then try to log in once again in to the Fitbit app. 

 

After logging in, try to sync your tracker and if your tracker is still not able to log in, I would like to suggest checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been very helpful for many members in the Community. 

 

Give it a try and keep me posted if there's anything else I can do for you, I'll be happy to help. Smiley Wink

I have exactly the same issue. The app hasn't been able to sync with my watch for days, and now, having updated the app, I can't even log in.
