I'm having the same issue. It worked for the first few weeks, then the Fitbit app needed to update. For some reason, the update never went through. It disconnected from my Blaze, and now it won't reconnect. I've tried the hard reset, deleting/adding the app again, everything I can think of. Nada

Having the same issue. All of a sudden my Charge just stopped sync. I tried restarting it and everything. When I **ahem** it as a new device it just sits in the searching screen. The only answer I'm seeing from Fitbit is a canned answer on how to sync it. Which is pointless since I already did all those steps.

There was an iOS update that was released this morning, Fitbit iOS App version 2.31. If you haven't already updated, click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
@JustJess4 I'd recommend that you re-pair your tracker to your Fitbit account using the replacement setup instructions mentioned here. This should help you get back on track, but keep me posted.
@Jenbakerindy @Evela01 I'd recommend the following steps:
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
This should help with getting your tracker syncing again.

Okay, so after deleting & reinstalling the app and shutting down my Fitbit, and then also rebooting my phone, it still didn't want to sync correctly. So finally, I went to the Bluetooth settings on my iPhone, and forgot the Fitbit. That made it all reconnect as a completely new device. I was able to update the Blaze and also the app. Hopefully that will work for some of you!

I have tried all that. I forgot my Fitbit on Bluetooth. I have turned off my other Bluetooth items while pairing. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. It still sits in the searching screen. In fact I am charging my for it for the 3 time today because it keeps draining the battery since it's looking for a place to pair.
