Can’t swipe up on my Versa 2 all of a sudden.

Two days ago my versa 2 stopped swiping up. I read a few articles and advice to restart the Fitbit 4-5 times then give it 24 hours. I did that and still it won’t swipe up. Also, it occasionally opens without me having to enter my 4 digit password. Help!

Hi @littleninja  - as a restart doesn't fix it, did you try double tapping the watch first before swiping?

If this is not working either you may need to factory reset (not without risk) to see if it is just a software issue or a watch fault.

If you decide to factory reset from the watch settings leave it 5 minutes to complete before doing anything with the watch.

It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset or replacement if necessary.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support, Contact Customer support section.

I have a Versa 3 & had same problem. I couldn’t scroll down to see stats but I could scroll left or right. I synced my watch in the app & then went to settings on my watch & scrolled all the way to bottom & tapped shut down. I then put my watch on charger to restart & it’s back to working again. Hope this helps

Thank you for your suggestions and I eventually had to do a factory reset with the help of the Fitbit support staff. Now my versa 2 swipes in all directions. Glad it is working again!!
