Can’t switch to parent profile

When in my kids profile, I can’t switch back to my own profile. 
When I tap on “switch profile in family” it takes me to the community section but the family icon is not there. 

I am unable to log out of the app while in child view. 

I have tried force closing the app, checked for updates, restarted my phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing has worked.

The same thing happened to me! I can't even figure out how to log out to see if logging back in will take me to the parent view. It's maddening -- nice to know I'm not alone.

Hey,

I ended up getting it “sorted”. 
I had been avoiding switching to Google login - I ended up getting so frustrated with having to delete the app every day to sync my sons Fitbit that I gave that a go and now no issues. 

hope this helps if you haven’t already tried switching to Google login
