Can't sync Charge 2 to my old phone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My phone currently gets repaired and I'm using my old phone. iOS is updated, app is updated, yet I cannot synch the fitbit. the screen says "We found your Fitbit" and "Connecting to Tracker", and that's all. Bluetooth obviously is switched on, the Charge 2 is on the charger not even a meter from my phone. The connection process just doesn't finish. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, no difference. so what?

Hi @Liliacea, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I am sorry to hear you're having difficulty syncing your Charge 2 with your old phone. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Remove your Fitbit and any other device from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit with the steps from this help article.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Choose your Fitbit from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.

For complete troubleshooting instructions, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Keep me posted on the outcome.
