I started with a Charge HR, then added a Blaze. I deactived the Charge HR and gave to my wife to try, but it wasn't for her. (She's deactivated it, and a reactivated it.) Since I re-initalized the Charge HR, I can't it to sych through iPhone bluetooth. I can get it to synch with the computer through the dongle if bluetooth is off on the phone, and the Blaze is off or far away.
Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @pdmac. It's great to have you here. If your iPhone is managing multiple Bluetooth connections simultaneously, it may find difficulties syncing with your Fitbit Charge HR or sending call or text notifications to your tracker. These interruptions are due to known limitations with iOS and Bluetooth.
If you receive call, text, or calendar notifications on your Fitbit tracker, it has a Bluetooth "bond" with the mobile device that sends the notifications. This bond prevents the tracker from syncing with another mobile device or a computer. To quickly and temporarily disable the bond, turn off Bluetooth on your mobile device. You can turn it back on later to resume syncing. If you are syncing your tracker to only 1 phone please perform a restart by following @SunsetRunner steps and set it up as a replacement device as @SunsetRunner stated here. Rest assured, your synced data will remain the same.
Catch you later.
