Can't sync Charge HR

My Charge HR does not connect to my FitBit software on iPhone 6+. 

When I open the s/w, it continues "looking" with no joy. 

I tried a restart, but it hasn't helped.

Embarrassing, but in the end I looked at my bluetooth connection and found it was turned off. So I turned it on, and now everything is OK.
