My app went down on my iPhone 5 and since I don't remember my password (this hasn't happened to me for probably 6 months) I've been trying to get the fitbit app to send me an email to reset my password. I can't receive an email although I've tried checking my spam and trash several times during the last week that my app hasn't worked on my iPhone. Customer service is absolutely hopeless! I've called them countless times to no avail.
Can someone please help me reset my password so that the app will work on my iPhone again?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation, as you have already tried to reset your password through the app, I would like to ask you to try to reset it through the online Dashboard.
To reset your password:
1. Go to www.fitbit.com/login.
2. Click the "Forgot Password" link.
3. Enter your email address associated to your Fitbit account and click "Submit."
Make sure your email does not contain any typos and check the spam or junk folders. Remember that it might take up to 24 hours for the email to arrive.
