Can't sync or update

I've a new Fitbit charge that will not sync or complete updates with the app on my iPhone 6. I'm a new user and already getting frustrated - it's a cool idea but I'm not patient enough to mess around much more than I have. I've tried all the troubleshooting - turned phone off and on, made eyes phone is updated and Bluetooth enabled, no other devices are running on Bluetooth. Help!

A warm welcome to our new friend @berniece2000! Thanks for joining us! Smiley WinkI'd like you to restart your tracker and follow these exact steps:

 

-Reboot your iOS device.

-Open your iOS settings, turn off Blutooth for 10 seconds, and then turn Bluetooth back on.

-Double check your iOS device is connected to the internet.
-Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

 

If this doesn't work, I'd recommend you set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions
