I'd like you to restart your tracker and follow these exact steps:
-Reboot your iOS device.
-Open your iOS settings, turn off Blutooth for 10 seconds, and then turn Bluetooth back on.
-Double check your iOS device is connected to the internet.
-Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
If this doesn't work, I'd recommend you set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions.
