Fitbit problems

So I have had my Fitbit replaced in the past because I have had issues with it. Now I again am having issues. I charge my Fitbit like normal. Then about and hour or so later look down at my wrist to see it isn't working and find it won't turn on. I plug it in and it's charges. I've tried cleaning it and restarting it as well. Nothing seems to keep it working.

Thanks for joining us! Smiley TongueMmm this is weird, did you restarted your tracker by following the steps provided at: How do I restart my tracker?, also I'd like you to confirm your tracker is charging as it should by reading the following article My tracker's battery isn't charging. If it is, I'd suggest you contact our Customer Support team and let them know the steps you've tried so you can get a faster solution from them.
