I updated my Fitbit Charge HR and as a result it had lost all of today's data. Should this have happened and can I get it back? Thanks

@Gemmab Welcome to our community! It's great to have you here. This could happen as you are saving a new firmware on your device but you can try logging an activity so you can have a record of what you did previous to the update.
