Charge HR won't stay on or synced

My Charge HR won't stay on or connected to my phone. I don't know if it's the watch or what. I constantly have to reset it from the app and sometimes it won't even work. I don't know what to do!!

I logged out on the app, logged back in and it immediately updated!

@mhprice As you have already tried the restart you can try to log out and then log in from the app as @Mattesam mentioned, if the issue persists I highly recommend you contacting support so they can review your tracker and see your options.
