Can't sync to my phone

Gets all the way to the finishing screen and doesn't get past that.

Welcome to the Fitbit family @Bsimons! Allow me to help, as @SunsetRunner mentioned the first step to try is the restart if the issue persists you can try the following:

 

  1. Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  3. Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
  4. If your tracker didn't sync, try syncing with your computer.

If not already done, feel free restarting the tracker & the phone.
