I keep trying to add in my swims to my activities and it just doesn't seem to consistently synchronize. Also, the only option is get is leisurely/moderate and I'm swimming pretty hard.

Hi @Shellieek, thanks for joining us in the Community, I hope you're having a great day! Smiley Happy

Are you using a Flex 2 to track your swim or do you have any other Fitbit tracker? The SmartTrack feature on the Flex 2 recognizes and records swims that are at least 10 minutes long. Swim detection is turned off by default, to turn it on:

  1. Tap Account.
  2. Under Goals, tap Exercise.
  3. Tap Swimming and then tap Auto-recognize.
  4. If you want to change the minimum duration that's automatically recorded, tap Swim Longer Than and choose your time.

If you'd like to change your Swimming settings, please tap on the Account tab, then on Advance Settings > Swimming Settings. Adjust what you need and then sync your tracker.

In case you're using a different tracker, I would like to recommend logging manually your swimming activities as we don't recommend swimming with your tracker as currently, the only one that's swim-proof is the Flex 2.

I hope this can be helpful, please give it a try and keep me posted! Smiley Wink
