Thank you for your reply, @xseminole4lifex.
I am sorry to hear the issue persists, thank you for your efforts and the additional details. I understand how you are feeling and would like to confirm if you've tried to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app?
Hope this helps!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @hjs1122.
Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend trying the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
- If the issue persists, sync your tracker and uninstall/delete the Fitbit app from your phone. After that re-download the Fitbit app and sign back in.
For more information about notifications, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
By the way, I've moved your post to iOS App board so we can keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps!

Did not work. When you click on notifications it does nothing. I’m not getting any text on Fitbit only calls are coming through.

This still does nothing. Everything is up to date, phone has been reset, logged out of the app and forced quit, literally every option I can think of has been done and it still does nothing once you click on “notifications” under the device under My Account.

The issue still remains. Upon clicking notifications, nothing happens. I can click on everything else and it works fine, but populating a list of apps that have permission to send notifications from your phone to your device doesn’t work properly. But it sure would be nice if it did so I can get some notifications from specific apps to my watch instead of having to pull out my phone all the time. Thanks!
