Can't zoom in on heart rate plot

I'm unable to zoom in on more accurate time periods when looking at my heart rate. 
In the Heart Rate Tile, clicking on "Today", i'm able to expand the plot to view "the day so far" ... but if I want to view a shorter time period, I'm not able to do so.  

neither tapping on the plot or pinch to zoom work... 

I'm using a fitbit inspire 3 with an iPhone. 

Any suggestions?
