Can we please humanize the App’s UX/UI?

I just got my Fitbit upgrade and I was excited to play with all the new features and data, but was disappointed by the Apps look and feel. It feels cold, spreadsheet-ish, and not the personal health and wellness hub that it means to be.

Also, can we have at least one watch face that is purely about your metrics and not sharing the precious screen real estate with the time and date?

Sorry @JReyCon but this is not something the common fitbit users will be able to help with.

The Coby mirror fitbit users?

Can you please spell check what you write?

Sorry auto correct. in any case you are asking the community of fitbit users to address a problem that can only can be handled by fitbit

Aren't xxxxFitbit users Fitbit employees? They actually say they report the findings to the developers and that they can track support requests so it seems a legitimate user request.

In other words this is an official Fitbit forum, not a subreddit

This is a community of fitbit users. Yes some fitbit users are employees, but not all employees design the app.

You are a fitbit user, are you an employee?

As for moderators, their job is to moderate.

When a moderator says "we are aware of this problem and so on" it means they are part of Fitbit, point of contact between users and developers.

Where should we report problems, bugs and so on if not here? please tell us, Mr. Community Legend.

That doesn't mean that the moderator can do anything about it, Mr Runner.

Maybe the Feature Suggestion board.

 and why it is there

Your feature suggestion board example is perfect. If this is a user community forum why that board is present? What can moderators do about it? You see? You can't apply your justification "this is only a user community forum" only the way you like.

If instead you're right and moderators don't have any possibility to interact with developers i suggest to write it clearly somewhere because obviously users are hoping to find more than a board where to help each others.

However I can make an example on this same boars where moderators are indeed much more than moderators and that is the Development section.

And you didn't answer to my question: where can i interact with Fitbit to report bugs and problems and have feedback? If this is not a place and i anticipate that support isn't (try to contact support to speak about Sense HR sensor or faulty floors measurement) then where?

There is not a bug tracker board like Google has (ironically as Fitbit is a.Google company) where google indeed accept, follow, track and solve th bugs reported.
