I have old Charge 2 which still works. It is a little glued together, but that does not bother me.
Can I also add new Charge 5 to my account? Will both of them work?
As I plan to use one, while other is charging...

Hi @KLiK no, you can't. This is copied from the article:
If you connect more than 1 Fitbit device to the same account, note the following:

Yes the charge 2 can be on the same account as the charge 5 because it’s an older model that doesn’t use the gallery.

Actually, now I have checked...it is a Charge 2 & new Charge 6.
Will try to add them & then decide on the best answer...

@KLiK Sorry if I jumped the gun on you. @mchili is correct. You can have a Charge 2 and 6 on your account at the same time. My husband has a Blaze and a Sense on his account.

But the Fitbit app only gives me option to switch to Charge 6. How do you pass that?

@KLiK I don't understand why you are getting this message. I have a second, older Fitbit account that I use to test devices side by side. It has a Versa 3 on it and I just charged up and added my old Charge 2. I wonder if something changed with the switch to Google accounts. That other account is still a Fitbit account. Are you willing to try removing the Charge 2 (sync first), adding the Charge 6, then trying to add the Charge 2 back?
Although the Help article quoted by @Odyssey13 says Charge series, the Charge, Charge HR, and Charge 2 don't have the Gallery that is the limiting factor.
I also unchecked the Best Answer, since it isn't working for you.
