I found an old tracker in my moms handbag which she says it the one I lost. My app won’t recognize it. Can anyone suggest what it is? I’m sure it’s a Fitbit as it interacted with my moms new one

@Foundolddevice Can you add a better picture of the pebble with the band off, so it shows if the band connection style?
It looks like it has a quick release clip. If so, then it is a Luxe. The Luxe has no buttons. My Luxe has a gold frame, so it’s obvious. Nothing else like it. The more I look at yours, the more I think it’s a Luxe with the dark case. When I enlarge your image, I can see the distance between the charging cable pins. That looks like a Luxe charger. The Luxe also has a color screen.

Hi @Foundolddevice. It looks like it is from the Inspire series.
If it has a single button on the left side and the charger has no clips that help hold it in place, then it’s an Inspire HR.
if it has two smooth buttons, one on each side, and the charger clips in place, then it is an Inspire 2.
The Inspire 3 has a color screen.

Based on no buttons and looking at the tracker I think it is a Luxe. There was only one Luxe model. You could try to see if your app recognizes it.
