I left my Flex 2 at home this morning and I usually walk at lunch. I live too far away to retrieve it. Can I use any other method - maybe on my iPhone - to track steps and/or record later? Thanks!

Hi, @NancyCR! That's always frustrating! Some phone models have the capability to use MobileTrack, which uses your phone's internal accelerometers to track your movement during the day. You can check if your phone is on the list at the link below.
Another possibility is that you could possibly use another program like the Apple tracking program to get your steps and then create an activity manually in Fitbit when you get home and add the steps that way.

Hello @NancyCR, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @MakMak, thanks for all your help.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience. As @MakMak mentioned if you have MobileTrack set up in the Fitbit app, your phone will act as a tracker counting steps and basic information such as distance and calories burned. Every iPhone (after iPhone 5S) is compatible with MobileTrack and that will help you record your information in case you forget your Fitbit device at home. To know more about MobileTrack, please check the following article: How do I use MobileTrack?
I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
