Notifications from Whatsapp on charge 2.

Can we revisit this plan and get it up and running? Cos I think many of us want this feature and Fitbit isn’t addressing it. It is just getting a little frustrating.

I appreciate your feedback and your insight about this situation. At this moment there are not plans to release Whatsapp Notifications on trackers other than the Fitbit Blaze and Ionic. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released here in our FAQs.

I am just wondering what’s stopping Fitbit from releasing this feature that
is obviously lacking in charge 2. Was it a technical design flaw of charge
2 that is stopping the Developers from doing this or is this part of the
marketing strategy to get consumers to buy newer watch.

Perhaps the packing of charge 2 should clearly indicate that WhatsApp for
iOS devices are not supported.

Please note that based on feedback provided by our customers, the newest trackers already include compatibility with Whatsapp messaging. I understand your concern about this feature not being added on the Charge 2 but please note that our team keeps monitoring suggestions like this one and once we have more information about new features added, we'll make sure to post it here in the official Forums.
